SME’S INNOTOOL Many obstacles for SME’s in the area of innovation relate to questions of business administration, personnel training and cooperation with institutions for technology transfer. The objective of this project is to put together a toolbox for SME’s which will impart the prerequisites and methods of innovation management (especially the phases of analysis and idea generation). Topics: establishment of an innovationfriendly atmosphere – social framework „sustainable development“ – structured problem analysis, idea generation, idea evaluation – possibilities of technology transfer. The implementation will be through workshops and by the repeated independent use of the toolbox by the enterprises. It will take place in three EU-countries, Austria, United Kingdon and Germany with a total of 10 SME’s. For the purpose of further dissemination there will be information meetings carried out by multipliers in three additional EU countries.
