Top-down Innovation Planning Top-down innovation planning project aims to develop innovation methodologies that will help SME suppliers within the polymer processing industry innovation more effectively with their OEM customers when operating at the fuzzy front end of the products development process. It will deliver the methodologies, self help toolkit, (web deployed) along with a TIP innovation process training course for SME users, TIP trainers and TIP facilitators.
