Accelerating Creative Clustering of Regional Enterprises through Digital Innovation Strategies This project focuses on improving Technology Transfer and competitiveness in the Information, Communications Technologies (ICT) and digital media sector by using an approach based on the management and transfer of knowledge within and between “clusters” of SMEs in a number of different EU member states.
The project will seek to develop, test and transfer a range of tools and approaches that have particular relevance to the ICT and digital media sectors.
