We all know that communication can make or break a project. The ICT communication platform is also a way to learn together how to make the best use of such tools, the man machine interaction and motivation that makes us contribute openly to the knowledge sharing and knowledge building process.

You can access through an ordinary web-browser or with the client-software (free). The system gives opportunities to send mails to a group but it most of all creates the groups 'common desk' and bill-board. You can keep documents in your folder for everyone to see and to contribute to. This you easily structure in folders visible to the members of different groups. You can decide on who will have the rights to see a folder and it contents and who will have the rights to contribute. Most of the conferences are also open via mail. So even by using the well-proven technique of mailing lists you can take advantage of the ICT communication platform as a common archive, accessible to all your partners, with a memory of the development and knowledge transfer within and among projects.

More advanced users can a personalised, interactive design of the folders, and combine it with a more graphic web-interface.
