	Opening the market
	The Clusters presented their tools in their stands and gave information about their action plans. The aim of this was to give the attending Ips a chance to orient themselves and sign up for the clusters they wanted to participate in for the cluster session after lunch. During the Market place session there was created an atmosphere of proactive information exchange. The participants were all active and eager to present their project. The comments after the session was that this was a helpful way to gather information but they would have wanted more time for this kind of information exchange. During the session participants signed up for the afternoon cluster sessions.
